Hi all , i'm new to this site , i was just wondering how early foetal movement is felt with a multiple pregnancy ? Is it earlier than a singleton ? Or does it just depend on the person , thanks in advance !

hi seanandmya, welcome to the forum! I do not know about anyone else but I never felt any real movements with my twins till about 23 or 24 weeks. I felt light flutters before that though probably around 18 or 19 weeks. Are you expecting twins, or more?

Thanks wannababyboy , I don't know if i am expecting twins or not , I just have this really weird feeling that i can't seem to shake , i'm 11 weeks , this is my third baby , I have a 4 year old boy and a 1 and a half year old girl , I never thought I could be having twins with either of my last pregnancies , I don't really know why I think there could be this time , i can't explain it ! There is only one set of twins on my side of the family , my aunts , and this wasn't an a__sisted conception so i suppose the chances are low and i won't really know anything until my ultrasound app. Are you expecting twins or have you had them already ? thanks for responding to my post :D

hey i started to feel my twins move at 15.5 weeks and they were my first. you could be feeling movement early because this is your third pregnancy or maybe because of multiples? good luck.

Well only you know your body, maybe there is twins! I am about 34 weeks now with mine so I am getting close. Like you I also suspected twins which is odd because they are my first children, but I just had a feeling. So when is your u/s app? Hope you do not have to wait too long. Well keep me posted and good luck!
