My Tummy Swells And Hardens Up

can anyone help me im 29weeks pregnant with twins and every now and then and sometimes alot my tummy swells and hardens up, sometimes both side do and other times just and one or the other does, is this normal and whats happening??, thanks lea

to me it sounds like you are expierencing braxton hicks contractions, it is normal, they are just practice contractions for when the real time comes!! Hope that helped & good luck**
