It has color but it is faint. I have taken one about every two days for a week and none of the others have had this line. Im not getting my hopes up. Ill just take another one this weekend if my period doesnt start on time.

The more I research, I have conviced myself that it was the evaporation line. Heck, maybe it wasnt even there at all. The suspense is killing me.

To Nikki: Was the line on your positive a color and very faint or just a faint line? Sorry for all the questions. Also, has anyone increases their dosage on clomid from 50 to 100 without their doctor knowing? If I'm not pregnant, I want to try extra hard next month.

Are you also doing IUI? If not is that an option for you? I believe that also ups your chances of pregnancy with Clomid.

I remember when I was pregnant with my son I went to planned parenthood to have it confirmed and took a test the line came up very faint but with color and the woman said that I was not pregnant. Well my son just turned two so she was wrong. Talia, call your dr. ask for a blood test. You will get the results in a couple of hours and then you will not have to wonder. Trust me it will help you sleep. Also are your b___sts sore? I know when I was pregnant before my friend asked me and I felt and about went through the ceiling they hurt so bad. Your Dr. will not care if you call either. Tell them you got a faint line and do not want to keep wasting money. That is what I say. My Dr. told me to stop taking those tests and just do blood tests anyways. I did not listen because I too have a faint line but should not have any line yet. About increasing your clomid I would ask your Dr. I read that increasing your dosage does not make you ovulate anymore. Just be safe.

Talia, yeah, it was really faint but a little lighter than the control line but it was definately their, after I took that I wasn't sure so I got the ept digital test and it said positive. If you can't go to the doctor right away and the suspense is killing you than I would go get that if you have the extra money. They're kinda pricy but you don't have to worry about trying to identify lines.

Sara, I am also on clomid for the first time this month. I had my period on the 13th of Nov. started taking clomid on the 17 of this month. I am feeling tightness too around my abdomen. Not sure if this is normal or not.I wish you the best of luck... Baby dust to all.

No I don't think the line is pink. You can have a blood test before your period. Please let me know what the results are I am feeling like it is never going to happen for us again:(

I have written on other forums, but I live in the US in Memphis, TN. Sara, I will let u know as soon as I get my results. My stomach is in knots and I am nauseated, but I dont know if it is b/c of pregnancy or nerves.

Hello ladies, I last posted Jan 25, 05 I was 5 weeks pregnant (thanks to chlomid) and having a little complications. I am happy to announce that I gave birth to a healthy baby boy Sep 12th, 05! Good luck to you ladies... my husband and I want another child, and have decided to see what nature has in store for us, if I'm not pregnant in a year then we'll try chlomid again. My first pg took 2 tries with chlomid although I miscarried that one, and the second pregnancy took on the first month!

Hey ladies I have been trying to conceive the last ten years. I am on Metformin 500mg once a day and now Clomid 150mg. I did get pregnant in January but miscarried in March. I was on 50 mg of Clomid then. After I miscarried I immediately was put back on Clomid 50mg but it did not work for two months then they raised it to 100mg and it worked for one month and then the last two it didn't. So now I am on 150 mg this month. The side effects seem worse than before, hot flashes, mood swings etc. My question is have any of you had any success with these type of changes. I am also on Vitamin B6 0 mg to help boost progesterone. Thanks for any info. Baby dust to all.
