Hi there.. well. I am just about 23 weeks pregnant with twin boys.. they share the same placenta but are separated by a membrane (diamniotic) I am scared with all the complications that could happen.. I know that things are great thus far but am just looking for some encouragement from other mothers that are having or have had identicals...please help me

I haven't had identicals, but I worried the same as you. If everything is going great so far chances are that things will be ok. You are almost at the safe point. Apparently 28 weeks is a good point. And you are probably being monitored carefully so if anything were to happen the drs would catch it fast. I know identicals are scarier than fraternals. But I had fraternal twins and I had a fused placenta so it was similar to having one placenta. Try to enjoy the last few comfortable weeks of your pregnancy. At about week 28 I got sooooo uncomfortable and I didn't really sleep until they were 4 months old. Good Luck.
