If you had conceived 7 bebies, you would have most likely either gone into prem labour by now, or been requested to go through selective reduction because that is much too high a risk for mother and "ALL" babies

Oh come one....who cares if she is lying or telling the truth. If you have an answer, give it to her, if not, leave her alone. If it is true she will appreciate the info you can give her, if not, the fastest way to end a scam is to ignore it.

thank u all for your concerns. If u don't want to believe me, fine. I don't care. I am about 21 weeks pregnant now and i have gained 76 pounds already. My belly is now 78. Any more tips?
