hi i m in 17th week and this is my first , i have gained 21 pounds till now, was 118 before preg., i feel sleepy all dayZZZZZZZZZZ OMG , i talked t Dr she says weight gain is ok, but i m worried and feel like ihv twins? anybody has these symptoms

oh 6 week u/s showed one heartbeat, so Dr is not concerned, but i hv this feeling.next u/s is after 2 months. hmm
