Hello,
I am 33 weeks pregnant with twin boys. It has been 4 weeks since my last ultrasound and I have one in a week. It seems throughout the pregnancy I only feel movement on my right side. I rarley feel anything on my left side. So far my boys have been doing great but the movement concerns me. Baby A has been headdown on the right and Baby B has been breech. Has anyone else felt as if only one was moving? Thank you for your help.

If baby A is head down on the right, then that explains baby A's movement on the right. If B is beeched, if he is breeched with his head on the left and his legs on the right, then that would also explain B's movement on the right. It really all depends on the positions of the baby. I completely understand your concern, I too am 30 weeks pregnant with twins and have been very paranoid at times about movement. My doctor does an ultrasound at every visit to see the heartbeat and fluid levels (I am now going every 2 weeks) and I always make sure that the doctor explains to me with his hands, exactly the positions of the babies, so I will know what kind of movement to expect. I'm sure everything is fine with you too, so hang in there, you are further along than I am! Good luck.
