Cathy- thanks for asking. My apt. is tomorrow. I am so excited. We find out if its a boy or girl. whoohoo!! I also have my triple screen test tomorrow as well. Well, just take it easy and Im sure everything will be fine. Dont over-work yourself and make sure hubby takes care of you as well. :-) Hey, Email me if you want and I can send you my 7.5, 11, and this new one, week ultrasounds. On my 11 week one we could see the arms and legs also swinging all around like he/she was dancing. lol. Daniella - So how did the Doctors Appointment Go??? I hope everything goes well. So whats the Triple Screen Test?? Is that the same as the AFP Test??? I gotta go take the AFP Test next Wednesday. Hope everything went well...

Cathy- its 5am Friday for me right now and my apt. is at 1pm... I will post as soon as I can. We have a formal military christmas party to attend at 6pm, so I might not be able to post until after we get home. Unless I have time before the party. Trust me, I will as soon as I can. :)

Hi, I havn't read through all the posts yet, but was wanting some opinions on whether this might indicate twins. 10DPO HCG = 22 19DPO HCG = 1544 doubling rate of 34hrs TIA BTW I took clomid 100mg

Linda- actually your numbers sound perfect... Your HCG should double every 36 hours in the beginning... THEN double every 48 hours after they hit so high... Then after about 10,000 only double every 72 hours. So, yours sound fine. My HCG was 134 exactly 13dpo... then 46 hours later it was 370. 6 days later it was 4467. Not even a week after that it was up to over 40,000. I am now 17 weeks pregnant with only one heathy baby. So, no.. yours don't sound like twins. ALthough, you can't always go by HCG on that. Anyhow, at least they are increasing great!! Congrats!!

Linda - I had my hcg done at 15 dpo and 17 dpo and it was 1450 and 2880. I now have 10 week old boy/girl twins. Hope that helps and congrats!!!

Well, no go!! The only thing I found out on the 2nd is that my pap came back normal... Like, dah!! lol. Anyhow, they did the triple screen test and we heard the heartbeat with the doppler (160bpm)... >BUT< No ultrasound!! Next friday now. Gosh, I spend more time in this OB then I have any other dr. office in my life total. lol... So, we were a bit disappointed about not finding the s_x then, but I guess Friday I am a week further, so the chances are even higher to definitely see something. But, darn!! I am having one of those extensive test done where its about 45 minutes long and I have to drink lots of water. Its from the tech, not the dr. The doctor told me today that she cant do what they can, so I had to make an apt. with the radiology. Great, I wish they told me that before!!!! Anyhow, I promise to post as soon as I find out. :) Thanks for asking!!!

I went for my first blood test on Wednesday (Nov 30th)... My results from this test revealed that my hCG level was 162 (about 15 DPO). Yesterday (about 20 DPO), I had a second blood test done and the results from this test revealed that my hCG level rose all the way up to 3795. Anyone have any thoughts? Many thanks, Sus

Sus...Sorry I can't help, but that is doubling in less than 48hrs, so that is great. Wish I could tell you more, but as you see from my above post I am struggling with similar question myself ;) Thanks to all whom answered my question :)

Thanks anyways Linda... Keep me posted on how you're making out. Tomorrow, I'm getting my 1st ultrasound. I'm already getting a little belly on me already--at only 5 weeks! So, I'm hoping its twins and not a molar. I had an ectopic back in March and lost my right tube, so I'm wondering if my one ovary is releasing 2 eggs every once and awhile to make up for the other ovary not releasing any... Maybe then this could be twins? Hope you're doing well. -Sus.

I have had 2 miscarriages and am currently 5 weeks. My BHCG on 14 dpo 754, 16 dpo 1960 and now on 20 dpo it was 1500. My dr. is concerned about a molar pregnancy and is sending me for an u/s in 3 days? Do I have a reason to be concerned? I am extremely worried?

Sus, I'm showing heaps already too, I am going for an early scan in 2 days :) I'm sure I have just popped early though ;) At 5 weeks, you will likely only see the sack, so don't be concerned if there is no heartbeat yet.

Hailey, I would be more concerned with the numbers going down. This is probably why they have ordered the ultrasound. Unless you mistyped the last Beta level. If that is the case, I don't think your numbers would indicate a molar, but maybe a multiple Good Luck!
