I just had my twins a couple months ago. First pregnancy was early miscarriage then got twins the next cycle. In a couple months I want to ttc again. I still have some clomid left but not sure yet if I need to use it... I learned everything I needed to know about clomid right here. I have been reading posts here for years and finally posted something. I learned how to take it how much to take, etc... and did it all myself. I was ttc for over a year before I decided to take unprescribed clomid. So, all the info is out there... Its not that I was so dead set on twins either. I would have been thrilled to have just one but I was hoping for multiples. Please, I don't want to hear ppl bashing me. Its my choice and everything came out fine. Babies are doing great. Born a few weeks early but apgar scores 9 and on target for age. How many mg did you take

Ok I will tell you what I took... but please understand I did a lot of research. You can harm yourself if you take too much. You can get ovarian cysts and those are really painful. Worse than child birth. I had one several years ago and not from clomid. So, I started with 50mg. I ordered the 50mg pills and first cycle nothing, second cycle pregnant with miscarriage. But since I wasn't really getting side effects I decided to take 2 pills, or 100mg on the 3rd cycle and I got twins that time taking 100mg. I would tell anyone to "proceed with caution" with this. Take the small dose first and see how that works on you.
