im pregnant for the second time and my mum is a fraternal twin.
i would like to know what my chances of having twins are.
All the females in my family have always had boys first and all the males in my family have had girls first.
so i kind of thought that it may be genetic and could rise my chances because my nan had a boy first then had fraternal twins and i think my great nan may have also been a twin herself

With your mom being a fraternal twin and it running in your family, it raises your chances to about 3-5% chance. Good luck!
