a fetus at 6 weeks is like 3mm long that is tiny so i always find it strange when people say they show at 6 weeks everyone i have known have shown at 4 months mostly not even till 5 months all those who say they show at 6 weeks if use dont mind me asking r n e of u really thin.

let me answer that question it is true the fetus is so tiny u wont show but when i was 6-7 weeks pregnant my belly bloated right out dont know why prob the changes and that so thats prob what they mean but it wont be the fetus showing its just swelling

Hey Guys, I am 6 weeks and the bloating is what is making me feel fat and uncomfortable in my clothes. I have had one baby already and didn't show until 5 months. The bloating usually recedes at around the end of the first trimester....then you'll start getting bigger a month of two after that. Good luck to all!! :)

Im about 11 weeks pregnant with my second and i seriously look about 6 months pregnant. Its scaring me that i might be having twins or something. it's called bloating and it very very common at that stage. Your body is preparing and forming the placenta while holding onto every ounce of water... 6 weeks is still early to hear a heart beat. I wouldn't worry. I couldn't hear my little one until 8 weeks.

i seen the dr last week and i decided i feel better going for a c section im due on the 26th of january but my op is for the 24th, but boy did the dr try and talk me out of the section, everyone i have told recons its cos it cost alot of money for the hostpital.

I am also 6 weeks and my waist is definitely bigger. I am picking up weight in lots of places, like my legs and b___sts.

Chanette, I experienced the same thing after intercourse. I went to the restroom and noticed spots of blood. Not enough to scare me though. My first doctor appt is not until the 28th, I will ask her then.
