BFP But Feel Like AF Coming

I got my BFP 4 days ago but since then I still feel like AF is coming... slight 'burning' feeling in uterus, but no cramps. Just feels like a few twinges and it's not very comfortable. How long will this feeling go on for? Does it last a few days or few weeks/months? I also had some very light RED spotting last night, just on the toilet paper and nothing since. Obviously a little worried about it.
What are your thoughts please?

Update: at 21 dpo, I've been back to get my bloodwork done and they said the hcg levels have dropped since last week, so looks like a m/c is on the way :-(
