oh lordy! after all of the symptoms i actually am pregnant- i am in shock and very scared. can i exercise? what foods can i eat? its very emotional.

Congratulations!!! Yes you can exercise, but just not high-contact stuff like wrestling. (Might sound strange, but I'm a wrestler and I had to stop LOL!) A great book that will tell you about nutrition and everything else is "What to Expect when you're Expecting". I have found it SO useful! As far as exercise goes, google "pregnant exercise" if you're of average fitness. If you're a big exerciser now, i will try to get the urls into the next couple of posts (grrr at the rule on this website - I'M NOT TRYING TO ADVERTIZE!!!)
