I have pains in my stomach and think that I am pregnant, could it be that i am really preganant?

Hi Natasha, when was your period due? If its already past due, take a preg test to be sure. I dont know about the stomach pains ...maybe a tummy bug? Cramps/twinges/etc in your lower abdomen are a good sign of pregnancy, as are frequent urinating, nausea, tiredness, appet_te changes and tender b___sts/nipples.
