Ladies, the day was amazing. I almost cried when walking in. Email me at work with your email addresses so I can send you a few pics. I got alot from my registry but also tons of outfits. I only have a couple of returns to make and a few things to pick up like the crib mattress, swing, diapers, etc. My sister did a fantastic job. The tables had a fairy figure for a centerpiece and lavender rose petals surrounding the fairy. The favors were chocolate bars with a white chocolate stork on them. My friends at work got me the cutest baby lamb rocker from Pottery Barn. The cake was so gorgeous, very simple and elegant. It had lavender fondant and lemon, raspberry cake for the inside.

Hi Girls, sorry for the mia...had an arbitration this week...so glad to hear the shower went well...your really on the home stretch now...my mil is coming in from California tonight...so we finally finished the nursary (so she can stay in there)...it looks so cute...Mackenzie has been a little awake baby lately...she was getting us up every hour for a few days...then last night she wouldn't go down until 11 (we were desperatly trying to finish projects around the house, and she just wanted to be held)...but then she slept till 4 and I had to wake her up at 6:30 to go to her care takers so I'm hoping she will start sleeping better again...happy thursday!!

I just emailed him a reminder. He's been swamped so I forgive him! Yesterday we ordered the dresser and carpet. Both should be in in two weeks. Things are moving along!

how exciting...it's really coming down to the last few weeks...what is your exact due date? Your pregnancy has flown by, I swear it was just yesterday you were telling us about your acupunturist (sp?) telling you that you were pregnant...I saw my SIL who is due in June...she is huge (not fat just super preggo)...she is bigger than I was at full term..lol...dh came home last night and asked when we were starting for #2...I about fell off the bed, thank goodness he was joking, I have no intention of being Britney Spears with my kids birthdays a year and a few days apart...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHELE!!!

Hi Girls – Happy Monday! Thanks for the birthday well wishes! The b-day bash / come meet Alex party at my folks was really nice. Alex got a ton of reading books which was awesome! Now all I need are book shelves to put them on. I was suppose to go out to dinner last night with DH’s mom and Step-dad, but I got a horrible migraine and had to cancel. I felt horrible, and ended up taking my migraine meds. I didn’t pump, so I hope it is ok. I heard of pregnant women taking migraine meds --- so I am sure it is ok… but I am still concerned. ••••• Funny thing, I was thinking the same thing about when Kristine told use what the acupuncturist said --- that seems just like yesterday – yet it is about 8 moths ago! The count down has begun… something like: 46 more days, huh!!!! YEAH KRISTINE! I am getting so excited for you!!! Welp, Alex just fell asleep in my lap… I hope if I move her to her ba__sinette that she will not wake up. Fat chance I am sure. Until next time!

Happy Birthday Michelle! Sorry to hear about the migraine. My mom used to suffer from them when I was small. She'd be in bed in a dark room all day.------------My due date is 03/30 and I had my 34 week appt. yesterday. OB said the head is down and my measurements are right on target. Last night I went to visit my cousin and his wife who gave birth this weekend. She's at the hospital I'll be at so I was able to see what's in store for me. She had to have a c-section because she couldn't get past 6 cm. All they kept telling me was get the epidural. I was kind of put off because they know I want to try natural.-------- I hope to have shower photos for you this week.

Happy Valentine’s Day Ladies! I have Alex dressed in hearts today! ••••• COOKIE: I read your post on the other thread and have to say I am so glad to read the NEW routine worked so well for you! I am so jealous. Alex only sleeps for an average of 3 hours each time she goes down and she is 3 months old now. But I heard that is how it will be when babies are exclusively b___stfeed ••••• KRISTINE: That is great news the baby is heads down. Hope she stays that way for the next 6-weeks! I heard the short girls like us usually have an easier time giving birth than the tall girls for some reason or another. So here’s to you having a great delivery and no epi needed! When is your birthing cla__s? I learned a lot in my cla__s about natural childbirth. I truly think it helped DH & I become a better team. ••••• As for me – Alexandria is 13 weeks old now and I think the last few days she has been going through a growth spurt; she’s been cranky and wanting to eat all the time lately. ALSO, still no AF. So I am going on 8 weeks from when I stopped bleeding. I think I need to ask my friends and family who exclusively BF how long they didn’t get AF. Since I have to go to my client’s office on the 20th my Mother is coming and staying with us from the 18th – 27th then I am driving my mom back to San Jose (5 hour drive) on the 28th… I will be spending the night and driving back home on March 1st. I am hoping the 5-hour drive with just Alex and I goes smoothly! •••••• You girls doing anything special for Valentines Day? I am making Rib Eye Steaks for dinner and rented the DVD Hollywoodland to watch afterwards… and who knows what else we might be doing later on (wink, wink). Anyhow hope everyone has a wonderful evening. ••••• COOKIE: Oh, yeah --- Tell DH Mackenzie has to be at least 3 months old to start on the next one, LOL! •••• Have fun tonight girls!

Your talk of romance makes me chuckle. What's that???? No special plans. I told Dh we will maybe order in and use the money we would have spent for gifts on the baby. We got some pretty bad weather here, sleet and freezing rain. I'm petrified to walk to my car and drive home later. Our birthing cla__s is this Saturday. We opted for the one day session. I can't believe your babies are three months now!!! Slow it down will ya?!

Well Mackenzie had two first this week...her first swim in a pool...she wasn't too thrilled with the dunk under water...but ended up enjoying the experience as a whole...and now she has her first cold..a few of the kids at the caretaker's were sick and she ended up with the sniffles...which is really cute, and she has been such a good baby about it all...Mack isn't quite 3 months yet, she will be 10 weeks on Monday...but yes it is going by so fast...I miss her not sleeping in our room, but its working out pretty well with her in her own room now...and she has surpa__sed Gizmo as being the smallest in the house...poor giz is back to being the mighty shrimp...TGIF girls !!!

hi ladies, it's 4am and i can't sleep. yes, i know it's what's to come. lol.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i have what looks like a rash right outside of my nipples. it is red and rashy looking. it doesn't hurt but looks like small red dots. any ideas?

i'm not sure what that is...have you called the dr about it? i'm sick at the moment, I think I caught Mackenzie's cold/flu..or somehow I just got it worse...i'm miserable at work..thank goodness for dh he took over last night's feedings...so I took some night quile (sp?) and conked out from midnight till 5ish....now i'm sucking down cough drops...I don't know how you ladies do it in those cold climates...it was in the lower 40 upper 30's last night/ this morning and i'm freezing...

I'll just tell her at Monday's appt. So funny about the temps. It's actually 40 degrees today and I'm lovin it!!! We've had 20 degree weather for the past two days so this is warm for us. Good thing because DH is priming today and the windows can be open now.

Happy Fat Tuesday girls! ••••• KRISTINE: I have no clue what that would be other than maybe your b___st was rubbing against your bra wrong. Have you gotten any Maternity Bras yet? They are way more comfy those last few months then a regular bra and you need them anyway to b___st feed once your little one is here. ••••• EJOLA: Sorry to read you are sick. I hate being miserable and having to work. Not a good combo.Are you now just doing formula or you still doing BF & Formula? •••••• AS for the weather... it snowed here Monday morning so everything was covered when we woke up. It was soooo pretty! But soon it will melt since the temp has gone up --- so I shall charish it for now, LOL!
