I do housecleaning for a small company, and I've been doing it for about a year. I just found out I am around 5 weeks and I'm worried about my job. There is alot of lifting/moving things, standing up & getting on your hands and knees, & sticking my hand in toilets alot =\ We dont use chemicals though.. But it is stressfull to me for personal reasons, I cant stand one of the people I work with. Do you think it is okay to keep this job?

Hi KLB! First off....Congratulations :o) If I were you...Id find a diff. job other than what you're doin right now. You said it yourself it can get stressful to you plus the lifting and moving stuff....I dont think its a good idea just to be safe. Personally I think every job has advantage and disadvantage specially you're expecting....I can't relate much coz I work at the office and my main concern is.....Im having alot of discomfort on my lower back specially from sitting down for long periods of time. Btw, Im 23 wks pg. Goodluck to you!
