Ok...so heres my story. My mom put me on birth control in November. I stopped taking it the next month because I didnt like the side effects. Well I had unprotected s_x twice last night and I was ovulating...I want to get pregnant me and my fiance have already talked this over. I have a gynecologist appointment scheduled TODAY!! Whats going to happen...will this decrease my chances of getting pregnant if I go...

dont you find it a little weird that you are engaged BUT your mom put you on the birth control pill?

Why would going to the gynecologist decrease your chances of getting pregnant? Also, how do you really know you are ovulating? And yeah, why are you engaged but young enough that your mother put you on birth control? did you stop taking them just because of the side effects? There are many different kinds of birth control and many different kinds of birth control pills that you could have tried.

If you were going to the gyno for your annual pap the you really shouldn't have had s_x the night before. you shouldn't have s_x 24-48 hourse before goin to the doctor, s____n and other fluids can mess with the accuracy of the test results.
