Some will come out. Try to elevate your pelvis with a pillow after s_x to allow gravity to take it;s course. However, don't worry, it can't ALL stay inside you.

i also seem to have the same problem too sarita. Don't know if this is due to me not being able to concieve, as i have a normal 28 cycle. can someone get pregnant just by having s_x anytime as some woman do on sudden occasions unexpectedlyor is it just that have done it on their fertile periods. pls help

Both times that I got pregnant, we had s_x right before bedtime, and I slept on my back until morning. As far as some women getting pregnant unexpectedly, some women experience more desire when they're ovulating, so they're more likely to have s_x then, during their fertile time. I tracked my temperature for more than a year trying to determine when I was fertile, and then once my husband and I had basically given up, and were just having s_x for fun, I got pregnant.
