Thank you Charlotte,I can see you would have enjoyed taking part,I think though this topic is getting stale.The few girls out there are adament that they are right...you know teenagers!I think with everyone else putting their penny's worth in,they've had enough,I don't blame them,if I were them,not that I'd make comments like those,but I'd give up,no point in trying to argue,as Amanda says she is'nt ging to argue,and I can't see the point.

Hey carrie,thought I'd bring it to the top,too right I enjoy this,at that age,I don't think I would spend as much time on the forum as Amanda...nothing wrong in that,and I'm not attacking her,just a shame she cannot understand why getting married and wanting a baby at her age is mad because she has'nt had time to live a bit before getting involved for life to this commitment.

You say your mom thinks your husband is the best thing that ever happened to you? At 14 years old (you met at 12 right??) he's the ONLY thing that ever happened to you, hon. I feel so sorry for you. Your mom sounds like a bird-brain.

poor amanda,she's gone all quiet.In her ideal world meeting her future husband at just 12...and then marrying him at 14!!With her parents blessing...why is that,was she a bad child her parents wanted shot of her?Why did her parents not do the decent thing and come down on her for the child she is?As to her husband,about 6yrs older,that makes him 20,and wanting to settle already,with a little kid,wonder if he was frightened he was'nt going to meet someone else?Who knows these important questions.Then to ewant to try for a baby at 16,and coming on here all the time saying how happy she is.Maybe they just have each other these two.I find it incredible that someone trying to come across as mature cannot understand why she has had so many people try and explain to her about getting involved too fast was/is wrong,aqnd she cannot see it.Ok,so she is still immature,but at 17,which is her age now,I would have thought that by now she is mature enough to understand that yes,14 was way too young,and admit it.

I agree with the last post,you would have thought she was grown up enough to see she made a mistake,whether she stays with him for fifty years or not,its way to young,and not a good example for her children.

just wanted to say it is illegal to get married in the us b4 the age 18. unless ur parents consents 2 it or a judge okay's it. on your own it won't happen unless u lie about ur age and have fake id's. and it's illegal for a person to be with a minor less then 18 y/o.
