Is one drink each day o.k. if you are br___tfeeding?

I was told that if I wanted a drink to pump first before I drank, or to wait 4 hours after the drink, and it should not be in your b___st milk.

My doctor advised one drink is fine, & is not enough to affect your milk. Any more then one, you should pump & pump your milk for a few hours & feed your baby milk pumped prior to having the drinks.
