Hello, my wife had a cortisone shot for her carpal tendonitis and doc (general pract_tioner) said she's fine to br___tfeed or she can wait 24 hours and pump and discard if she's concerned. I sort of agree with him, that it's OK but I wanted to double-check with this forum in case you've heard otherwise.
