You cannot take anything that you couldn't take when you were pregnant. The same rules apply with b___stfeeding as with pregnancy.

The only diets you can take is... eat right, all foods but smaller portions. And...EXCERSISE. Even if you are just walking every other day; walk with your baby. Or have fun, work out with your baby!

FIRST, don't worry about inconsiderate narrow-minded people who will give you insulting feedback to your question.
Second, unfortunately it is not known how much is pa__sed to your infant, so rather be safe then sorry...just watch what you eat & just wait on pills until your not nursing anymore.

Breastfeeding burns appx. 500 calories a day... you don't WANT to eat LESS just yet! Think high-protien, low-sugar... go with whole grains and eliminate white flour... All things in moderation!! recent studies shwo its the distance of the walk not the speed of the walk that burns calories, pop the kiddo into the stroller or bellypack and do a fast or slow mile depending on your schedule for the day!

You can get pregnant while on diet pills, but just like smoking or drinking it is not advisable to continue through pregnancy and b___stfeeding..
