Disposable Vs Washable Nursing Pads

Which works better or easier? I have a large chest already without the milk and a lot of the pads you can see through my shirts.

I always found b___st pads very uncomfortable- to itchy and scratchy for sore nipples. I am big-b___sted, too, by the way. I use plastic b___st shields. Yeah, you can see them, but they are the only way to keep from swimming in milk for the first few weeks. Once your flow and production get regular, you probably won't need anything in your bra at all. Good luck!

i'm a DDD. my favorite pads are the lansinoh brand. they are contoured to the b___st. they have an adheisive strip so you can stick them to the inside of your bra. and best of all they will soak up EVERYTHING. i never once had a wet spot. they have the same gel fill as diapers that pull the moisture away from the skin. no soggy nipples.

Maleficent, I haven't heard of those, but they sound great. Where do you get them, store or online

You can purchase the lansinoh brand at Wal-Mart.

I got advice from a friend-go with the disposable. You have enough things to wash with a baby. Disposable worked great for me. I kept the Gerber thin ones for pregnancy leakage (using them again this time) and when the milk slows down and the plastic-backed ones for the beginning, when you're running a river.
