My baby is 10 weeks old and sleep through the night very well (from midnight until 7am). It's been like this for the past 3 days and I sleep through the night too. Do I need to wake up and pump to keep up with supply still if I br___tfeed her every 2-3 hours during the day?

i haven't delivered yet, so my advice isn't based on experience, but i did take a cla__s and while it would be a good thing to pump in the middle of the night to keep up your supply, as long as you are making enough milk for your daughter during the day and she is gaining enough weight, then it seems that your body is keeping up well. however, if it's only been 3 days then it might start to produce less - so I'd just keep an eye on your supply and if it seems to be that you are producing less, then get up and pump. congrats on such a great baby!!

my 4 month old son just started sleeping more through the night - from 9 to 4am. What I do is pump right before bed & a little right before his 4 am feeding because I'm usually engorged ... so far I have not seen any change in milk supply, I'm also still feeding him many times throughout the day so that keeps the milk coming. Be thankfull your baby is sleeping more through the night & enjoy it!

MY LITTLE ONE IS 8 WEEKS AND HAS BEEN SLEEPING FROM 10PM TO 5:30 OR 6AM FOR 2 WEEKS NOW.....I WAKE UP AROUND 2 OR 3 SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND NEED! TO PUMP! THERE IS NO WAY I COULD SLEEP ALL NIGHT. ITS A BONUS FOR ME THOUGH CAUSE I PRODUCE THE MOST MILK AT THIS TIME.

I would say no. Enjoy your sleep. Your body will readjust if it needs to later.

My 11 week old has been sleeping through the night since 4 weeks. I sleep through, too. If you're b___stfeeding and not pumping, then just let the baby's feeding schedule dictate your milk production.
