I'm trying hard to track my baby's upset tummies as I was a food allergy sufferer and he could easily be too. How long does it take what I eat to show up in my br___tmilk?

I was looking for the same answer. I found it takes 12-18 hours for the food you consume to reach your baby, but sometimes can even take up to 72 hours. I found this answer at: http://emily.erdelynet.com/allergies.html. Hope that helps.
