Has anyone tried these? The concept sounds great, but I haven't heard any first hand opinions.

I bought LilyPadz for my wedding. The last thing I wanted was leakage!! They were awesome! I couldn't wear a bra with my dress, and the lily pads stick to your skin! They were such a life saver. And they're so thin that you can't see them, even if you're not wearing a bra.

i bought these too. at first, i hated them - i used them right away and my milk supply hadn't regulated itself yet. so i was leaking right out of them. i called their customer svc dept and they said to wait till i was more regulated - as in , not as strong let downs etc. so i did. now i LOVE them. heck, i'm not even nursing presently and i still use them when i want to go braless. ah...the freedom. :)
