Need More Milk

I just got a promotion at work which is going to require to me to do a 12 hour day each week. My first of these days is this Wednesday but sadly I do not have enough pumped milk ready and I dont know what to do. Should I suppliment with formula, if so how do I do that I have never had to do it before?

Give the b___st milk first; then, just give the baby formula in a bottle. Don't mix formula and b___st milk. But, if your baby has never had formula before, he/she might not take it. Mine would rather scream than eat formula, unfortunately. Or, do you know anyone else who is b___stfeeding? If so, find out if you could "borrow" some of their expressed milk, or even if they'd be willing to nurse your baby.

If you use formula I suggest the ready to use nursers. They com ein bottles so you don' t have to prepare it. I feed my girl both milk and formula

Where do you purchase the ready to use nursers...I dont think that I have ever seen them.

I get mine at Target and Babies r us, they are expensive though. I b___stfeed and formula feed so I don't go through them that fast. I know Enfamil has them and so does Good Start. All you have to do is put a nipple on them or use a bottle. I love it!

If you have a decent pump you could probably build a supply before then. I would recommend pumping during the first feeding of the morning. Pump While the baby is nursing from the other side. Also, you could pump what remains after some of the daytime feedings.
