Today I woke up with what feels like a lump or knot in my br___t. It's really sore and when I fed with that br___t it really stung. Anyone know what this might be?

Sounds like a plugged duct. I've never had one but I've read that they can turn into mast_tis if they aren't resolved. Not sure how to resolve it, though, you might want to call your dr.

Try a ma__sage with a warm wash cloth. Also, have baby nurse that side, and pump that side, to try and work it out.
