I have a Boppy and find it difficult to use while nursing. I have heard great things about the "My B--t Friend" pillow. Has anyone used this nursing pillow, and if so, what do you think of it?

I don't use anything...I used a boppy once, but found it too painful on my scar. now I just hold her - or I nurse lying down, with her head cushioned on my arm.

Ben takes forever to eat and my arms get tired holding after a while sometimes.

I used a boppy for baby #1, and now just got a My Brest Friend for baby #2. I like the Brest Friend better. It straps to your body and doesn't slip like a boppy. My baby is only 3 weeks old now, so I don't know how this thing will work as he gets bigger. I like the pillow... However, I wish I bought it on Ebay for $15 instead of at the hospital for $40!
