Does anyone use the Medela PIS? Have you had to get bigger shields? I ordered some on line today. I got the larges cus my poor nipples are just killing me since I started pumping due to returning to work. It hurts so bad when she nurses after work and I realized it's the shield. Too small. It's the 24 mm or whatever. Of course this was the one item Medela didn't sell on line. Not sure why either! I had to get it at some babycenter.come or whatever. I'm hoping this helps cus they're just killing me!
