Question Regarding Pain Meds Need Advice

I just delivered my baby 6 days ago (c-section) and I was prescribed percocet & ibuprofen for pain. I've been taking the percocet for the last 5 days, and I'm br___tfeeding. I'm down to just one pill a day or maybe 1 1/2 but does this affect or hurt the baby in any way, and how much of the percocet goes to the baby? I feel so guilty taking them but the ibuprofen isn't strong enough. Also, is it normal to still be taking the percocet 6 days after delivery?? Thoughts??

I don't really know bc I only took ibuprofen and Tylenol. I am sure someone else will have an answer.

D, I had a c-section, aslo, and was given percocet and ibuprofen, also, and b___stfeed. I was still taking them both 2 weeks after delivery, though more on an "as-needed" basis than every 4 and 6 hours. By 3 weeks, I was no longer taking either. The baby will be fine, don't feel guilty - you have to get yourself well, for your baby.
