I started on the Pill after my 6 week postpartem visit. The doctor warned that the Pill can reduce milk supply. It has been almost a week and no problems, but I wondered if others had problems with this and, if so, when they started?

quickly get on the progesterone only pill or your supply will begin suffering to point of nonexistance. if your pill is estrogen and progesterone combo, then your doctor doesn't care that you want to bf and is just handing out whatever. ask what's in it and if it has estrogen, get a new pack asap to preserve your milk supply. hope this helps

My dr prescribed a specific combo pill, since that is what worked for me last time. I haven't had any problems yet with mile supply, so I'm hoping it won't happen. When does this usually start to happen, if its going to?
