GOOD ? My li guy is 10wks. He was a lil colicky and ga__sy from 4-8wks. I stayed away from cabbage and spices but eat whatever I want. I still drink 1 or 2 cokes a day, sweet tea and not alot of choclate. When I eat chili I pick out the beans. They say what bothers you bothers the baby and nothing bothers me!!!!!!!!!!!! He is 10wks and weighs over 14lbs

Chrisy- One of the lactations consultants told me wine is ok in moderation. In fact she said that a gla__s of red wine can actually be beneficial.

My little guy was very fussy in the beginning. I think food had something to do with it. I think he was missing the womb though too. I cut out eggs, milk and wheat at different times to try to make him cheer up. It will get better don't worry. I drink chamomile tea 2-3x a day to help with any fussyness. You could try that or fennel tea. Also I've read peppermint tea can lower your milk supply I have never had a problem with supply after drinking it.
