Antacids Simethecone Amp Breastfeeding

What I eat really seems to affect my poor boy. Its a silly question but - if I eat something spicy and accompany it with antacids, will the spiciness STILL go to my br___t milk? I imagine it would have some effect...?
Same question with simethecone (Gas-X) - if I err on the side of veggies and eat a few broccoli spears, will taking Gas-X protect the wee one? (I imagine its less effective than the previous question)...
Anyone?
