Done Breastfeeding Where Is My Period

My milk dried up about 3 weeks ago, but I still haven't started my period. I've heard it takes a while, but I would rather not have a "sneak attack" while I'm at work. Does anyone know about how long it takes for it to come back after br___tfeeding?
