I hadn't even been leaking at night when the "girls" should be really full. Well, last night I soaked my shirt!

Here are a few tips that you might aleady be doing...drink some water before pumping, then relax. Look at a picture of your baby and make sure the cone (?) of the pump isn't pushed too hard against your b___st. I am home with baby when I pump (and am really a cow when it comes to mil production), but I do even better when baby is eating out of one side and I pump the other simultaneously. I have never used an electrical pump, always a Medela manual and have had good luck, even when pumping at work. Hope this helps!

THings that helped. Not wearing a bra at night. Playing with my nipples in the car, bathroom, at work when no one is looking! Fenugreek helped a little. Still have only gone up to where I was before. Would still like to produce more. I'm getting about 12 ounces per day. My son is 4 months today and I've been EXCLUSIVELY pumping for about 2 months.
