Increase Breast Milk Help

My supply is going down, what can I do to bring it back up. My baby isn't really sucking directly to the br___t, but she will take it pumped. Is there something other than Mothers Milk, and Ferugreek I can take to increase my supply. I have even tried eating a lot of oatmeal and still nothing helps so far.

it could be the pump you are using. a babies suck is very important and not all pumps are able to mimick it. the sucking motion a baby makes is what triggers the b___sts to produce more milk. alot of pumps do a great job draining but don't stimulate production. i'd suggest trying to get he baby back on the b___st if it's at all possible.

You need to b___stfeed more often to get your supply going again. I found that when i started replacing the bottle for the b___st, my baby became a 'lazy' at sucking as its much easier to suck from a bottle than it is on a b___st, the baby needs to work a bit harder when it comes to b___stfeeding. Try to persevere with b___stfeeding as best as you can, hopefully, your supply will build up again.
