Hey everyone, I recently had a large area that was plugged and red. I pump exclusively so I used those hand/toe warmer things as a warm compress against the area and p pumped for what seemed like forever. the heat completely took the pain away and i was able to work some of the milk out. Well now it doesnt hurt anymore and its not red but there is a large hard lump left behind that moves when I push on it.Is it still plugged? Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I dont go see the doctor until next week. Any advice would be helpful as I am a first time mom. Thanks
