Pumping Milk I Eat Very Little

i have been pumping, i get varied amounts during the day/night. i have poor appet_te, how will this affect the quality of the milk? my appet_te is GONE.

this will make your milk lower quality and less nutritious for you body. try making protein shakes or eating avacados (high fat/cal)

k - thank you.i will try to eat better. i swear as soon as she popped out my appet_te went from hunger at ever 2-3 hours to nothing.

anne, my appet_te has been low too. I'm very thirsty though. Maybe just pick up some snacks, like nuts, raisins - quick stuff. maybe dried fruit too (non sulfured)

I got my appet_te back after a month. I lost so much weight the first 2 weeks it was crazy. I'm reading a book called "Eat Well, Lose Weight, While Breastfeeding" and she says that if you don't eat enough nutrients it'll take it from your stored supply. It's okay here and there but if you do it for a long time you can get sick. Also, you'll lose your energy. If you can't follow a nutritious diet, at least remember to take your prenatal vitamin. That'll at least help a little. If you go too low, I think your milk will eventually dry up or you'll produce less, but I'm not sure about that. Thought I heard that somewhere.
