Anne, you may have updated us already, but did you try the fenugreek?

yes, but i dont want to scare anyone but... i broke out into a rash lol. the smell on my is pretty bad - like syrup. it's gross. put it this way, i'd rather put on self tanning lotion and nair as perfume than this stuff.

How much Fenugreek is everyone taking? I didn't notice too big a difference at 6 tablets per day.

mine are 620mg each capsul and I was taking 2 of them twice a day. I didn't notice too big of a change but I'm now on perscription pills for milk supply. Make sure that there is good amount of fenugreek in your pills. Because these are herbal pills they are not regulated and there could be other stuff in the pill and little fenugreek.
