Bloating After Repeat C Sections

I have had 2 c-sectins 9 years apart, with a va___al birth in between. My section was almost 2 years ago. I look 6 monthspregnant at the end of a day, even with a 3 day a week work out routine including major sit ups. I actually looked better after having the baby compared to now. Any input??????
