C Section Did Doctor Make Bad Decision

doctor decides to induce labor two week's early this is his normal procedure for all pregnancy's.i could not diolate more than five cent.so he did a c-section,the baby weighed 5lb 14oz,do you think the doctor delivered the baby to soon.

If you have diabetes they usually do that so that the baby doesnt get to big near the end of your pregnancy. Did he till you why thats his normal procedure?

I am going to have a scheduled c-section, and the doctor told me that they usually do them at 38 / 39 weeks... It's not too early, but you never know... I guess the baby has already developed as much as they can, so they just do it then.
