C Section And E Coli Complications

Hello, Does anyone know about any complications with E Coli, My Wife just had a C Section and is in the ICU right now. I am just trying to find some info on how often this happens. Are OB Dr. had no clue about it until now. I am really looking for some kind of study with everything. Thanks

I HAD A CSECTION WITH MY SON AND I DIDN'T GET ECOLI HE DID BUT IT WAS SOMETHING I ALREADY HAD AND PASSED TO HIM. WERE THERE ANY OTHER COMPLICATIONS PRIOR?
