C Section 2 Has Brought PAIN In Abdomen

I had a csection 9/03 and another one 10/04. My lower back has been hurting CONSTANTLY and my abdomen hurts really really bad. I still look 5 mons preg. because I can't exercise b/c of the pain. It hurts bad after i urinate or have a BM. Has anyone had this problem and how was it fixed?
