I had a C section 2 months ago got my second period now and this time Its really heavy some cramping but alot of flow I'm on the pill again anyone else had really heavy flow after? Is it just my system cleaning out? Don't usually had it this heavy

I had really heavy bleeding after my c-section. My doctor said it was a side effect of the depo shot I had.
