Intersitial Cystitis Anyone

I have had 3 c/sections and now trying to get preg with #4 but I have I/C and I think I actually had it with my last pregnancy because I had alot of low abdo pain and just thought it was due to having had 3 c/sections. Has anyone out there experienced pregnancy while dealing with I/C? If so how did you go pain wise?I am worried about managing it.
