PAIN And SPOTTING 15 Months After C

I'm jIust wondering if anyone has ever experienced spotting and pain so long after a C section. I just sat on a plane for 6 hours so I'm also wondering if the pressure of sitting for so long may have caused this. I don't usually sit for so long at a time. Any advice anyone?

I forgot to add that I've never spotting like this in the middle of my monthly either.
