I know this may sound vain, but has anyone found any miracle fat burner for faster weight loss after csection. I gained 60 lbs with my first child and it took a really long time for me to get the weight off. Now I am due in August and have to have another csection and wondered if anyone has found some miracle pill to help them out with the struggle of weight loss. I know exercise is best, but sometimes not realistic with a toddler and a newborn. Thanks ladies.

No miracle pill, but I'm b___st feeding and its been doing the job. I eat whatever I want, as much as I want and continue to lose weight. By 1 week post partum I was down 25 pounds. By 2 weeks, 30 pounds. Now 13 weeks post partum with NO dieting I'm 5 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. I put on 45 pounds with my pregnancy- which is a ton considering I'm only 5' tall. Did you nurse your first baby? If not maybe something to try this time around...

I was the same. I had my baby 2 weeks ago and have already lost 30 of the 50lbs I gained during pregnancy without dieting. Most of my weight was water retention and I sweat it out at night while I'm sleeping. You may want to consider trying a diuretic if you're unable to shed the pounds on your own. Good luck!

I had my baby 4 weeks ago and have lost 48 pounds. There is a pill that is great - it is called xenical. Very expensive but it works.

That whole idea of b___stfeeding helping lose weight does not work for everybody. I gained 50 pounds with my daughter, and easily lost 30 pounds without effort in the first 8 weeks or so. I could not get those last 20 lbs to budge AT ALL until I stopped b___stfeeding her when she was 12 months old. Once she weaned - poof! I lost the last 20 lbs. Now with my son, I gained 60 pounds. He was a horrible b___stfeeder, so I only b___stfed him for 12 weeks. He is 6 months old now, and I have had to WORK MY ASS OFF to lose the 40 lbs I have lost so far - Weight Watchers and exercise. I was so depressed because I left the hospital so big, I did not even lose the number of pounds of his birthweight! (although I am not sure how the heck that can happen!) So as I said, he is 6 months old and I still have 20 lbs to go. I tried Trim Spa, but I felt sort of dizzy and weird, so I stopped taking it. I guess it will just take time for me with continuing Weight Watchers and continuing to exercise. I guess what I would say, Beachmom7, is that each pregnancy and each post-partum is different, so just because it was rough to lose the weight the first time doesn't necessarily mean it will also be rough this time. Good luck!

i'm like ryanslilmama this way - i gained 40 lbs and lost the first 30 in the first two weeks after c-section... i did b___stfeed but since i'm little like her and i had an 8lb baby who grew like a bad weed, i was more or less doing cardio all day long carting him around... only thing is, careful with fat burners if you plan to nurse... if not, i would recommend hydroxycut which used to work for me when i used to work out a lot and actually had time to look ripped :) good luck! oh.. also, watch your diet since getting toned and lean is like 80% diet... just eat lots of veggies, good fats, proteins and try to limit the cars - but not to the point where you're fatigued since you'll have two munchkins to contend with!
