do u have 2 have an internal examination after a c-section?? please help, ive heard that u do n that u dont. which is it

I can't remember what they did at my postpartum check with my first two. With my youngest (3rd) I was still bleeding and my doc didn't do an internal exam.

Mine did one. You do need to have a 6-week post-partum exam no matter how you give birth. When you have a section they also check your incision to make sure it's healing properly.
