august 18th 2004 i had an emergency c section its been almost a year and i want to try for my second but it seems something is wrong i didn't get the chance to ask my obgyn how long i should wait but i figured since its been a year and my doc said i was healing well when i had the st_tches and staples removed. i'm regular so i was wondering if anyone is going through the same thing . i also took the depo shot once after my six weeks was up could this be a set back too.

I had a vertical c- section and my doc told me to wait 2 years before I even consider getting pregnant agian. She said the longer I wait the better chances I will have for going to close to full term and no ruptures.

I just had a checkup last week, 4 months after my bikini c-section. My doctor told me it was okay to start trying again, but waiting until I start weening the baby would be better to give him time to start walking. I'm not exactly comfortable with that just yet, because I don't feel like I've healed all the way. I do have a cousin who had a c-section one month before I did and she's pregnant again. I will keep you updated on her progress.

do you have more pain during the pregnancy with a c section where you have been cut and it has to stretch

i had my son 11 months ago trough emergency c section and my doctor said to wait 2 years but my husband and i are going to try for another one this December.
